CAN I TRAIN IN IT?

Absolutely. The lighter fabric and athletic cut make it a comfortable choice for lifting and everyday training. It’s also easy to wear straight out of the gym.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Start with the size you normally wear. Between sizes? Go up one. You can also compare a favorite tee with our Size Guide to get a better feel for the fit before ordering.

IS IT COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO WEAR ALL DAY?

Yes. The soft 60/40 cotton-poly blend feels light against your skin and moves comfortably with you. Wear it for a workout, a full day at work, or the weekend.

IS THE T-SHIRT A BOXY FIT OR MORE ATHLETIC TAPERED?

This tee is more athletic taper, unlike the boxy fit.

SHOULD I CHOOSE STANDARD OR HEAVYWEIGHT?

Choose this Standard Tee if you like a lighter shirt that fits closer through the chest and arms. Choose Heavyweight if you prefer thicker fabric and a roomier, oversized fit. Both work for training and everyday wear—it comes down to how you like your tee to feel.

HOW DO I KEEP THE FIT AND PRINT LOOKING GOOD?

Wash it inside out in cold water, then tumble dry low or hang it to dry. The fabric is pre-laundered to help minimize shrinkage. Avoid high heat, bleach, and ironing over the graphic.
