Eligibility
Return window
Items must be submitted for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Item condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items showing signs of wear, washing, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
Original packaging
Items do not need to be in original packaging, but must be securely packaged for return shipment to avoid damage in transit.
Proof of purchase
Your order number and email address are required to locate your purchase in the portal. No order number, no return.

Resolution Options
Most popular
Store Credit
No restocking fee. No waiting. Store credit is issued instantly upon return approval and never expires. The easiest way to get back to shopping.
Recommended
Exchange
Always free. Swap for a different size or style at no cost. Select your replacement item directly in the portal — we ship it when we receive your return.
Refund to Original Payment
Refunds are available to the original payment method. A $5 restocking fee applies unless you purchased shipping insurance, in which case the fee is waived. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Restocking fee
Purchased shipping insurance? No restocking fee. Opted out of insurance? A $5 fee applies to refunds back to original payment. Exchanges and store credit are always free.
Processing time
Returns are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Refunds to original payment may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to Return
Step 01
Start in the portal. Go to our Returns & Exchanges Portal and enter your order number and email address.
Step 02
Select your resolution. Choose store credit, exchange, or refund to original payment. Select the items you're returning and follow the prompts.
Step 03
Download your label. A pre-paid return shipping label will be generated instantly. Print it and attach it securely to your package.
Step 04
Drop it off. Take your package to any carrier drop-off location. Keep your receipt as proof of shipment until your return is confirmed.
Important
Do not send items without a portal-generated label. Unauthorized returns sent without going through the portal will be refused and returned to sender at their expense. We cannot be responsible for items sent outside of this process.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances. All sales on these items are final.

Sale & Discounted Items
Any item purchased at a discounted or sale price. No exceptions.
Underwear
All underwear is final sale for hygiene reasons.
Decals
All decals and stickers are final sale.
Patches
All patches are final sale.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Section 05
Defective Gear Claims

We stand behind every piece of gear we make. If your item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we want to know about it and we will make it right.

What qualifies
Stitching or seam failure, zipper or hardware defects, fabric tears or material defects, and items damaged in shipping — all under normal use conditions.
What doesn't qualify
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, modifications, improper care, or intentional damage. Decal and patch items are also excluded from claims.
Claim window
Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted outside this window may not be accepted.
Photo required
Clear photos of the defect are strongly recommended and may be required to process your claim. Well-lit, close-up photos significantly speed up review.
Resolution
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion based on the defect and item availability.
How to file
File all claims through our Claims Portal. Do not send items back without instruction — we will let you know if we need the item returned.
