The Workhorse is built with a firm, full-buckram front panel that delivers a crisp, professional profile that won’t lose its shape over time. The 65/35 cotton-poly twill blend provides durability with a refined hand feel — structured without feeling rigid. The mid-profile crown sits clean above the ears for a balanced, confident fit from the first wear.

A pre-curved visor with reinforced crown stitching ensures long-term stability, while the adjustable snapback closure offers a secure, dialed-in fit.

Finished with a custom rubber Dirty Cowboy branding badge on the right side and detailed Cowboy Outlaw embroidery on the left — subtle, intentional, and built into the design, not stamped on as an afterthought.

The brim comes pre-curved and reinforced, but it’s flexible enough to reshape however you like.

Will the mesh backing hold up during heavy use?

Yes—it's built for wear and tear. The mesh is soft, breathable, and durable enough for long shifts, workouts, or outdoor abuse

Does the hat fit larger heads?

Yes. We have redesigned from our original to fit most all sized heads. The adjustable snapback closure fits most head sizes comfortably without feeling too tight or too loose.

Can I wear this hat while sweating or working outside?
