HOW YOUR COVERAGE WORKS

Coverage is determined from the original purchase date and applies to eligible Combat Iron / SACK bags purchased directly from Combat Iron or SACK authorized seller.

MONTHS 0–12

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

If an eligible bag develops a verified defect in materials or workmanship during the first 12 months, Combat Iron may repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or issue store credit.

50% REPLACEMENT SUPPORT

After the original warranty expires, approved claims submitted during months 13–24 may receive 50% off a replacement bag of the same or comparable model.

Coverage ends after 24 months, but our Customer Experience Team will still help identify available replacement options.

WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS

The warranty protects against manufacturing problems—not damage caused by normal use, accidents, improper care, or misuse.

COVERED DEFECTS

  • Seams or stitching separating under normal use
  • Zippers, buckles, or hardware failing because of a manufacturing defect
  • Straps or handles separating at an attachment point
  • Material delamination or abnormal structural failure
  • Product arriving with a previously unnoticed manufacturing defect
  • Other verified defects in materials or workmanship

NOT COVERED

  • Normal wear, fading, scratches, stains, or cosmetic damage
  • Cuts, punctures, burns, abrasions, or impact damage
  • Damage caused by overloading or improper use
  • Damage caused by washing, chemicals, animals, heat, or improper storage
  • Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged products
  • Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or customization
  • Products purchased secondhand or from an unauthorized seller
  • Preference changes involving size, color, pattern, or design
Every claim is reviewed individually. Visible damage alone does not automatically establish a manufacturing defect.

Eligible tactical, training, travel, and everyday carry waist packs.

Eligible helmet bags and other products specifically marked as warranty covered.

Warranty eligibility should be displayed on the individual product page. Apparel, drinkware, patches, accessories, and products not identified as warranty covered remain subject to Combat Iron's standard policies.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Submit the information below so our Customer Experience Team can verify the purchase, inspect the reported problem, and determine available coverage.

FIND YOUR ORDER

Have your Combat Iron order number ready. Purchases from authorized resellers may require a receipt.

DOCUMENT THE PROBLEM

Take clear photos showing the entire product, the damaged area, and the Combat Iron product label.

SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM

Complete the warranty claim form online and describe what happened. Do not discard the product while the claim is being reviewed.

RECEIVE YOUR product OPTIONS

If approved, we'll provide the applicable repair, replacement, store-credit, or discounted replacement option.

Submission does not guarantee approval. Additional information or return of the original product may be required.

Combat Iron reserves the right to inspect claimed products, request additional information, require the original product to be returned, and determine whether reported damage qualifies as a manufacturing defect. Warranty remedies are determined by Combat Iron based on product condition, availability, and the circumstances of the claim. Replacement products do not restart or extend the original coverage period. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. This warranty does not alter any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
