WHAT DO I DO TO REDEEM MY POINTS?
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the Ways to Redeem section to redeem your points for rewards.
WHERE CAN I SEE HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the loyalty page, account dashboard or at checkout.
HOW SOON DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
WHEN DOES THE BIRTHDAY PERK HIT?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.
I FORGOT TO ADD THEM ON AN ORDER. CAN I ADD THEM AFTER?
No, unfortunately loyalty points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
