Use the portal below to start your return, swap sizes, request store credit, or file a defective gear claim. Have your order number and email ready.

Portal required. Unauthorized returns sent outside the portal may be refused.

Section 01
Eligibility
Return window
Items must be submitted for return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Item condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items showing signs of wear, washing, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
Original packaging
Items do not need to be in original packaging, but must be securely packaged for return shipment to avoid damage in transit.
Proof of purchase
Your order number and email address are required to locate your purchase in the portal. No order number, no return.

Resolution Options
Most Popular
Store Credit
No restocking fee. No waiting. Store credit is issued instantly upon return approval and never expires.
Recommended
Exchange
Always free. Swap for a different size or style at no cost directly through the portal.
Refund
Refunds go back to the original payment method. A $5 restocking fee applies unless shipping insurance was purchased.
Restocking fee
Purchased shipping insurance? No restocking fee. Opted out? A $5 fee applies to refunds. Exchanges and store credit are always free.
Processing time
Returns are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to Return
Step 01
Start in the portal. Go to the Returns & Exchanges Portal and enter your order number and email.
Step 02
Select your resolution. Choose store credit, exchange, or refund to original payment.
Step 03
Download your label. A pre-paid return shipping label will be generated.
Step 04
Drop it off. Take your package to the carrier and keep your receipt until confirmed.
Important
Do not send items without a portal-generated label. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Sale Items
Any discounted or sale item is final sale.
Underwear
Final sale for hygiene reasons.
Decals
All decals and stickers are final sale.
Patches
All patches are final sale.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Section 05
Defective Gear Claims
What qualifies
Stitching failure, zipper defects, hardware defects, fabric issues, or damage in shipping under normal use conditions.
What doesn't qualify
Normal wear, misuse, modifications, improper care, intentional damage, decals, or patches.
Claim window
Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery.
Photo required
Clear photos are strongly recommended and may be required to process the claim.
