Most orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery is 4 business days via USPS, UPS, or Amazon Logistics — about 5 business days from order to doorstep. Use the tracking lookup above with your order number and email to see the latest status.

Carriers occasionally scan a package as delivered before it physically arrives. Three quick steps:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, or your building's mail room.
  2. Wait 24 hours — the package often arrives the next day.
  3. If it still hasn't shown up, hit FILE CLAIM above and the team will sort it out.

1–2 business days to ship + ~4 business days in transit = about 5 business days from order to delivery. Faster during normal volume, slower during major sales or product launches (we'll flag that on the order confirmation if it applies).

Yes — if it hasn't shipped yet. Most orders fulfill the same business day, so the window is short. Email customerservice@combatironapparel.com with your order number and the change you need, and we'll do what we can.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping is paused — sign up for the email list to get notified when it opens back up.

SIZING

Fit questions before buying.

Check the size guide for measurements by garment. Each product page also has a size chart link in the description block. If you're between sizes, our gear runs true-to-size to slightly relaxed — most folks size down for a closer fit.

If a size or color is sold out, hit the bell or email field on the product page to get a restock alert. We restock most flagship pieces; some seasonal drops are one-and-done.

DISCOUNT CODES

The rules.

Three things to check: (1) codes are case-insensitive, but typos still count — make sure no extra spaces; (2) only one code can be applied per order; (3) most codes have a $15 minimum. If it still won't go through, the code may have expired — drop us a note.

No. The Combat Iron Member Club discount applies automatically at checkout — manual codes don't stack on top of it. If a manual code gives you a better deal than the member 10%, the system will use the manual code instead.

Yes — if the creator's code is still active. Type the exact code at checkout (case doesn't matter). Each creator has their own code, so check their content for the current one.

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items can't be returned.

Once we receive your return, refunds process within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
