TIMING:

• ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE FILED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDER AND ONLY ACCEPT ITEMS THAT ARE STILL IN NEW CONDITION.

 

ITEM(s) CONDITION:

• ALL ITEM'S MUST BE FREE OF ANY USE SUCH AS: STAINS, DEODORANT MARKS, PERFUMES/SPRAYS, MAKE-UP, DIRT, RIPS/CUTS, ANIMAL HAIR, SALT SWEAT STAINS, ETC.


• IF AN ITEM IS DISCOUNTINUED OR WAS A ONCE TIME SEASONAL OR WORLD SPECIFIV EVENT SPECIALTY ITEM ORDER, EXCHANGE MAY NOT BE CAPABLE DUE TO NO INVENTORY.


** ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES TO BE FULLY PROCESSED ONCE IT ARRIVES TO OUR FACILITY.

 

RESTOCKING FEE:

COMBAT IRON DOES NOT REFUND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST TO THE CUSTOMER. THAT MONEY HAS BEEN USED TO SHIP YOUR PRODUCT TO YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS ON FILE. ANY RETURN TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT REQUIRES A $5.00 RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER TOTAL.

SWIMWEAR:
** ALL SWIMWEAR BOTTOMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE DUE TO SANITARY REASONS. THIS IS NOT AN OPTION OR EMPLOYEE DECISION AS IT IS PER MANAGEMENT. 

SHIPPING COSTS:

DEFECTED PRODUCTS:

IF YOU HAVE RECIEVED AN DEFECTED PRODUCT ON ACCIDENT, PLEASE REACH OUT TO OUR SUPPORT TEAM WITH YOUR ORDER #, THE ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED AND PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE. ONCE WE RECIEVE ALL THOSE, OUR TEAM WILL BE IN CONTACT TO GET YOUR DAMAGED PRODUCT REPLACED. 

 

IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN A PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS PER OUR RETURNS/EXCHANGE PORTAL. ITEMS SHIPPED TO OUR FULFILLMENT CENTER WITHOUT A PROPER RMA ARE NOT LIABLE BY OUR STAFF. WE MUST BE AWARE OF THE INCOMING PACKAGE.
