    I absolutely love the pattern of the material and color, but the material is very thin. It doesn't hold it's shape. The top of the hat falls in on itself.

    Ed, we are sorry the fabric was not thick enough. Our Ripstop hats are made with tactical uniform ripstop summer blend fabric for many reasons some of which like comfort on head, quick dry and air flow. Which goes along with the reason our unstructured ripstops are able to form to your head and are made without a top button to be able to be worn comfortably under a helmet or other head mounted accessories.     The Flip Flop of Hats

    I love this hat. It's already well broken in and doesn't waste material like the USAID might on magnum condoms for Al Qa'ida. The tropic thunder-esc skull camo is a nice addition to my bald leathered up melon. I found it interesting there isn't a top button; perfect for when I feel the need to co-wear with Peltors and a helmet, so I can still have a bill to keep the sun off my Gatorz. No one wants that little button **** poking into their dome. I highly recommend if you're looking for something unique, unless you wear your hat straight billed and over your ears. If that's the case, rep a different brand so Combat Iron doesn't catch your contagious beta vibes.
